Specializing in Trauma Informed/Phycology based Yoga & Pre and Postnatal Practices. Redefining Yoga back to its roots, focusing on and honoring the 8 limbs of traditional yoga practices originating in Asia 1000's of years ago.

Our Classes Include

Gentle asana (movement and poses), pranayama (breathwork), Dhyana (meditation) & Dharana (sense withdrawal) worked into these class styles and integrating - Yamas and Niyamas (morals and ethics) to lead us to Samadhi (bliss or enlightenment).
