Postnatal yoga invites new parents to move on the mat with their babies, encouraging curiosity and connection between the two. Catered to babies aged 6 weeks to 9 months (pre crawling), this class provides a safe and authentic space for community with other parents. Designed to focus on building strength and healing the body with slow and intentional movement.
